Our laundry room is available to students 24 hours a day. With energy-saving, front-loading washers and dryers, students are able to load up their card right in the laundry room — no more fumbling around for change.

Common Kitchens

There are four common kitchens located throughout the buildings to use at your leisure. Each kitchen is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with two stoves, double sink, counter space, tables and chairs.

TV Common Area

Our comfortable lounges come complete with a large-screen television, leather couches, chairs and tables, with views overlooking the city. Perfect for get-togethers with friends, movie nights or board-game nights, these rooms can be found throughout the building.

With barbecue open year-round, you can enjoy the evening with friends on our patio and take in the spectacular view of the Merritt landscape.
